Construction and anatomy by George B. Bridgman

Honestly the 500 illustrations alone could used as refrence but the information and basically the way it’s written was alot of fun reading about the figure it’s different from and how they move.

The illustrations in the book as well as the literature in the talk about the Construction of the figure in a simplified way. I think this is a book that anyone interested in the human figure should be reading and drawing from.

I don’t have permission to share or give a review of this book but wanted to give you my opinion. I hopes this helps you an art book that helps.
