The Human Machine by Guorge Bridgeman It teaches the anatomical structure of the human body. With over 400 drawing to copy from it teaches you how to draw the human body and its in a mechanical way.

It talks about the function of the body and its movement mechanically turning each part in to a machine and articulating its function.

I personally think that this is a must make for any artist to have I use this book myself to study.
