Made with charcoal and white pastel sprayed with mineral spirits, I then went over it as many times as I wanted with charcoal, sprayed it with fixative, and that was just for the underpainting. After it was dry, I grabbed a white pastel and drew the trees, mixing charcoal with pastel until it was done. I sprayed this several times with fixative as a final layer. I took the white pastel dust I had on my sanding paper and a cat’s tail brush, which is what it’s called on the brush. I spread this around to give it a cloudy, misty look.
its a 9 × 12 drawing done on Strathmore Bristol vellum paper. It’s framed. price may change, hast’t been hung in a gallery yet.
